Refund policy

Returns

We want you to feel good about your purchase from North Meets South Creations. We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached.

To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
